Terms & Conditions
- Payment Policy:
- A 40% deposit is required to confirm the booking, and the balance must be paid 2 days before the start of the tour.
- The payment can be made through cash, bank transfer, or online payment gateway.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation charges will apply if the booking is canceled before the tour start date.
- The amount of the cancellation fee will depend on the time of cancellation and the terms of the supplier (hotels, transportation, etc.).
- 40% of the amount at first would be non refundable.
- Natural Calamity:
- In the event of a natural calamity or any unforeseen circumstance, extra costs may arise, such as additional hotel nights, transportation, or other expenses. These additional costs will be borne by the customer.
- Driver Working Hours:
- Our drivers work for a maximum of 12 hours per day, and they are required to take regular breaks. Therefore, the daily driving hours are till 9 pm.
- Hotel Check-In and Check-Out:
- The check-in and check-out time of the hotel will follow the hotel policy. However, we will make every effort to request early check-in or late check-out on behalf of our customers.
- Tour Itinerary:
- Our tour itinerary is designed to provide the best experience for our customers.
- However, it may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
- We reserve the right to alter the itinerary in case of any emergency or natural calamity.
- Travel Insurance:
- We strongly recommend that our customers purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or events that may occur during the tour
